We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item(s).

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or exchange.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom-made or personalized items, clearance items, or gift cards.
